Hougang Stadium was the first loosing ground for the reigning League Cup holders, Brunei DPMM FC after the S-Leagues back to its business for the last two weeks.

Winning the first two home games 3-0 and 2-0 respectively over Geylang United and Balestier Khalsa FC, DPMM FC failed to maintain their winning runs to the host, Sengkang Punggol.
